Apus Trust is delighted to announce that it has been selected to take part in Leiriacon Talks, an event organised by Universidade Lusófona\'s GLOW – Games and Social Impact Media Research Lab, in partnership with LeiriaTalks.
This event, organised by GLOW – Games and Social Impact Media Research Lab, a laboratory established to bring together projects based on the transformative and inclusive potential of games; by GameIN, a research laboratory whose aim is to promote inclusion through games; both laboratories being part of Lusófona University; and by LeiriaTalks, as mentioned above, promotes research into board games, and aims to highlight the challenges involved in their creation and design.
Secured Mind is a programme adapted into a board game, which uses cards, coins and tokens, and was created with the aim of developing skills in the field of cybersecurity. It will be presented by Igor Dubiskyi on 16 March. This stage of the event, the “Call for Proposals”, involves a 10-minute oral presentation on the game; if selected, the presenter will be contacted by the organisers to submit their work for publication in the International Journal of Games and Social Impact.
